At Avonbourne School we collect several different types of information about our users for the following main reasons:

For safety reasons, however, Avonbourne School may store data arising from the use of Avonbourne.org or the Avonbourne Intranet site services for a period of six months. Where personal information is held for people who are not yet registered but have supplied information, that information will be held as long as is necessary to ensure that the service is run smoothly, and to fulfill any legal requirements. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
