HISTORY MATTERS !!

Young people will have the opportunity to experience studying the PAST, to understand the role played by past events and people in shaping the future and be inspired to achieve their best.

History Facilities and Resources:
 
The History Team at Avonbourne School has specialist rooms which are both equipped with Interactive Whiteboards. We also have access to TVs and Video/DVD players
 
All students in KS4 have their own Textbook for each element of the GCSE course. In KS3 students have access to a wide range of textbooks, PowerPoint presentations and web based activities as well as DVD/Video programmes.
